Congratulations to Seonggyun Han, a Dept. of Biomedical Informatics PhD candidate who is the first author on a paper just published in the Nature Journal. Titled “ADAS-viewer: web-based application for integrative analysis of multi-omics data in Alzheimer’s disease”, Seonggyun and his team present a web platform, ADAS-viewer, that provides researchers with the ability to comprehensively investigate and visualize multi-omics data from multiple brain regions of AD patients.
